面向立体覆盖大规模阵列应用的相控阵系统研究

【摘要】 针对未来移动通信中"全空域"覆盖的应用场景需求,本文对三维立体覆盖场景下的大规模天线阵列展开了研究。提出了一种新型有源电路和贴片天线垂直布局的瓦式结构,降低了有源一体化天线阵列的剖面,可有效解决三维组阵的难题。采用带状线功分网络、研制双极化滤波天线的方法,既满足了相控阵前端小型化、低剖面的要求,又提高了通道隔离度、降低了设计的复杂度。在3.5GHz频段研制了64射频通道的有源双极化天线阵样机,工作带宽达到200MHz,具有优异的空口通信性能和良好的波束覆盖能力。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the application scenario requirements of "full airspace" coverage in mobile communications in the future, this article has conducted research on large-scale antenna arrays in three-dimensional coverage scenarios. A new type of tile structure with a vertical layout of active circuits and patch antennas is proposed, which reduces the profile of the active integrated antenna array and can effectively solve the problem of three-dimensional arrays. The method of adopting stripline power division network and developing dual-polarization filter antenna not only meets the requirements of miniaturization and low profile of the phased array front end, but also improves the channel isolation and reduces the design complexity. A prototype of an active dual-polarized antenna array with 64 RF channels was developed in the 3.5 GHz frequency band,with a working bandwidth of 200 MHz, excellent air interface communication performance and good beam coverage ability.
