宇称-时间对称的一维层状结构实现单向无反射透波

【摘要】 为了消除雷达的反射信号,达到隐身效果,同时又能保持一部分透射波的存在,在8~14μm的红外波段,设计了以Ga As材料为基础的增益和损耗互补一维层状结构。仿真结果证明:宇称-时间对称结构能在保持一定透射的条件下,实现某一端口的单向无反射,达到在不被敌方发现的条件下侦察敌方的动向,实现武器装备的隐身。
【Abstract】 In order to eliminate the radar reflection signal, achieve stealth effect, and simultaneously keep a part of transmission, in the infrared wavelength range of 8~14 μm, based on GaAs materials, we design a one-dimensional PT-symmetric layered structure with complementary gain and loss. The simulation results show that, on the case of keeping a part of transmission, PT symmetrical structure can realize one-way unreflecting of a port, detect the enemy’s movement without being found by the enemy, and realize stealth of weapon equipment.
