基于变换光学算法的薄壁模型微波加热仿真

【摘要】 在微波加热的多物理场仿真中,如果被加热物体的几何区域太小或者太薄,会造成整个模型网格剖分困难、网格数量多且计算消耗内存大等问题。本文提出了一种基于变换光学算法的微波薄壁加热模型计算优化方法。利用变换光学算法将薄壁区域空间扩大,避免网格剖分过程中的薄壁问题出现,从而减少整个模型的网格数量,节省计算资源。本文给出了变换光学推导过程,在二维模型中实现了薄壁容器的变换光学的计算。并且建立了Si C薄壁容器的土豆泥加热仿真模型。考虑热力学和电磁学的变换光学,实现了有耗薄壁容器加热的快速计算。
【Abstract】 In the multiphysics simulation of microwave heating, if the geometric area of the heated object is too small or too thin, it will cause problems such as difficulty in meshing the entire model, a large number of meshes, and large computational memory consumption. In this paper, a microwave thin-walled heating model calculation optimization method based on transform optics algorithm was propose. The thin-walled area space is enlarged by transforming the optical algorithm to avoid the thin-wall problem in the meshing process, thereby reducing the number of meshes in the entire model and saving computing resources. The transformation optics derivation process is given, and the transformation optics calculation of the thin-walled container is realized in the two-dimensional model. And a simulation model of mashed potatoes heating in a SiC thin-walled container was established. Considering the transformation optics of thermodynamics and electromagnetics, the fast calculation of the heating of lossy thin-walled containers is realized.
