基于双微带脊空气间隙波导技术的Ka波段六端口网络研究

【摘要】 为了进行毫米波系统的测量,提出了一种基于双微带脊空气间隙波导技术的六端口网络。本文首先给出了六端口网络所对应的矩阵及其原理框图,并将功分器与3d B-90°耦合器视为基本元件;其次,利用双微带脊空气间隙波导进行功分器以及3dB-90°耦合器的设计;最后,根据原理框图,将其依次连接。通过仿真,该六端口网络中心频点为40GHz,工作带宽为8.5%,幅度分配与各端口的相位差满足设计的要求。
【Abstract】 For millimeter-wave measurement, a six-port network based on microstrip double ridge gap waveguide(M-DRGW) has been proposed. For the first, the corresponding matrix and diagram have been given, and the power divider and 3 dB-90 degrees coupler are treated as the fundamental blocks. And then, power divider and coupler are designed by M-DRGW. At last, the six-port network can be obtained by wiring the blocks according to diagram. By simulation, the six-port network is designed to operate at 40 GHz with the fractional bandwidth of 8.5%, and performance indicators of phase and amplitude between different ports are satisfied with design requirements.
