【摘要】 本文介绍了一种用于无线能量收集的5.8GHz新型整流天线。在微带天线上加载缺陷接地结构来实现接收天线的高次谐波抑制。射频能量通过微带单枝短截线阻抗匹配电路和肖特基二极管组成的倍压整流电路转化为直流电信号,直通滤波器用于滤除信号基频和高次谐波,产生稳定的直流电压。仿真结果表明,在输入功率为18dBm,负载电阻为300?时,整流效率可以达到66.4%。
【Abstract】 This paper represents a new 5.8 GHz rectenna for wireless energy harvesting. A defective ground structure is loaded on the microstrip antenna to achieve high harmonic suppression of the receiving antenna. The RF energy is converted into a direct current signal through a single-stub impedance matching network of microstrip lines and a voltage double rectifier circuit composed of Schottky diodes. The pass-through filter is used to filter the signal’s fundamental frequency and higher harmonics to produce a stable DC voltage. Simulation results show that when the input power is 18 dBm and the load resistance is 300?, the rectification efficiency can reach 66.4%.
