W波段高动态辐射计接收机设计
Design of W-band high dynamic radiometer receiver

【摘要】 不同于一般辐射计的矩形结构,本文基于分层工艺,将直接检波式辐射计集成在五层结构的圆型腔体内,采用三级低噪声放大器结构,设计了92~96GHz频带内总增益达到50d B的高动态辐射计接收机,实物尺寸32mm×32mm×28mm。实测结果显示,其电压灵敏度在960~1120mV/mW之间,噪声系数小于4.5d B,性能良好。
【Abstract】 Different from the rectangular structure of the general radiometer, this paper, based on the layered process, integrates the direct detection radiometer into the round cavity of the five-layer structure, adopts the three-stage low-noise amplifier structure, and designs a receiver with a total gain of 50 dB in the 92~96 GHz frequency band, the physical size of which is 32 mm×32 mm×28 mm.The measured results show that the voltage sensitivity is between 960 and 1120 mV/mW, and the noise coefficient is less than 4.5 dB, with good performance.
