基于并矢格林函数场匹配法的平面曲折线慢波结构色散特性分析

【摘要】 本文介绍了一种基于并矢格林函数的场匹配法来分析曲折线平面慢波结构的高频特性。该理论模型同时考虑了金属屏蔽以及曲折线厚度的影响。本文给出了5个模式的理论计算结果,并与仿真结果进行了比较,相对误差曲线表明,理论计算与仿真结果具有较好的一致性。此外,本文还分析和讨论了曲折线厚度的影响。

【Abstract】 The field-matching method based on dyadic Green’s functions was introduced to analyze high frequency characteristics of a planar meander line slow-wave structure.The effects of the metal shield and the thickness of the meander line were considered in the theoretical model.The theoretical results with five modes were calculated and compared with the simulated ones.The relative error results demonstrate that the theoretical calculated and simulated results are in good agreements.In addition,the effects of the meander line were also analyzed and discussed in this paper.
