【摘要】 [目的]探求不同浓度激素对软籽石榴一步成苗的影响。[方法]用1年生软籽石榴枝条水培发芽,选取2种激素6-BA和NAA,分别配制成3种不同浓度添加到WPM基本培养基中,通过L₉（3⁴）设计试验优化激素的配比,在低光照强度下诱导发芽、生根,在强光下闭瓶炼苗,移栽于大棚,用扫描电镜对试管苗进行无毒检测。[结果]‘枣庄软籽’再生的条件为:培养基WPM,6-BA 1.20mg/L,NAA 0.06mg/L,pH 5.6～5.8,温度（26±2）℃,光照强度2000 lx,可以一步成苗。14天后试管苗平均增高为0.7cm,30天后试管苗平均生根长度是4.9cm。[结论]研究结果为‘枣庄软籽’大规模快繁技术提供参考依据,也对枣庄濒危软籽石榴种质资源的保存创造条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the effects on soft seeds pomegranate regeneration in onestep-seedling by setting different concentrations of hormones.[Method] Use one-year-old branches of soft seeds pomegranate to sprout by hydroponic.Two kinds of hormones:6-BA and NAA were applied to the WPM medium in three concentration levels.The L₉（3⁴） orthogonal test was designed to optimized hormone concentrations.Induced germination,rooting at low light intensity and hardening off in bright light at closed bottles,then transplanted in greenhouse,the plantlets were detect by scanning electron microscopy.[Results] The regeneration conditions of soft seeds pomegranate is:WPM+6-BA 1.20 mg/L+NAA 0.06 mg/L,pH5.6～5.8,temperature（26±2）℃,light intensity 2000 lx.Under this condition,the plantlets can be obtained by one-step-seedling formation.Plantlets were increased to 0.7 cm in average after 14 d the root average length is 4.9 cm after 30 d.[Conclusion] The results provide a reference for rapid propagation technology of soft seed pomegranate as well as create the conditions to preserve the endangered cultivation resources.更多还原
