高校迎新工作重构和优化的研究与实践
Research and Practice on Reconstruction and Optimization of Orientation Work in Colleges and Universities

【摘要】 为做好疫情防控工作,减少新生排队等候时间,学校在"扫码报到"的基础上实施"刷脸报到",全程无接触,报到过程安全、高效。与此同时,学校通过数据治理,实现了以教务、招生系统为数据源头.以数据中心为枢纽,以企业微信、照片采集、人脸识别、报到现场大屏显示等多个应用系统为支撑的全新的数字迎新平台,构建了全校统一、互联、共享的数据服务与管理平台,消除了数据孤岛,全面提升了信息化服务质量。
【Abstract】 In order to prevent and control the epidemic and reduce the waiting time for new students,the school has implemented the "face-brushing registration" based on the "code-sweeping registration".The registration process is safe and efficient with no contact during the whole process.At the same time,school management builds a digital platform for new students,which integrates enterprise WeChat,photo collection,face recognition,report to the scene display,and other application system.School management develops a unified-interconnected,service and management shared data center.By connecting the data center,the platform gets unified source data from educational administration and admissions system,then eliminates data islands,and further improves the information service quality.
