卫星导航系统体系抗干扰能力研究现状及发展建议
Status and Recommendations of System-level Anti-interference Ability for Satellite Navigation Systems

【摘要】 在信息化战争条件下,战场双方为了最大限度地阻止对方使用卫星导航系统,会通过干扰敌方导航系统中的各个环节来实现全方位干扰。因此,仅仅重视用户段接收机抗干扰能力是不够的,还应大力发展导航系统的体系抗干扰能力。2000年以来,随着GPS (Global Position System)系统现代化进程的推进,美国军方采用了如本土布站、点波束增强和新增下行M码军用信号等新技术,旨在进一步提升GPS系统的体系抗干扰能力。本文阐述了导航系统体系抗干扰能力的概念,并对GPS体系抗干扰能力进行深入研究,通过将北斗系统与GPS系统进行比较,指出北斗系统在体系抗干扰能力方面的不足,并提出发展建议。
【Abstract】 In navigation warfare, all parts of the GNSSwould be vulnerable in the face of intentional jamming and damage. The concept of system-level anti-interference ability for the navigation system contains not only the anti-interference ability of the US receiver, but also that the satellite system could still maintain its availability when the SC and SS are interfered. Since 2000, the U.S. military has been attaching great importance to the development of the system-level anti-interference ability of the new generation GPS system. A set of new anti-jamming techniques, such as setting native sites only, downlink M code and the spot-beam enhancement technique, etc., are developed to further promote the GPS system-level anti-interference ability. Based on the thorough investigation of the new generation GPS system, we elaborated the current state of the GPS system-level anti-interference ability and thus summarized its developmental trend.
