用气质联谱法测定中华蜜蜂体内保幼激素

【摘要】 保幼激素是由蜜蜂咽侧体分泌出的一类高萜类化合物,在蜜蜂生长发育、变态以及生殖发育过程中扮演着重要的角色,是其重要的内激素。本实验用气质联谱法检测了中华蜜蜂1,3,5日龄幼蜂的保幼激素含量。结果表明在各龄中华蜜蜂体内都能检测到JH 3,且蜜蜂随日龄增长,体内保幼激素含量增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Juvenile hormone is secreted by the bees corpus allatum of the terpenoids.Juvenile hormone on the growth and development of bees,abnormal reproductive development and play an important role in the process.It is an important hormone.This experiment determination of Juvenile Hormone in Apis cerana by GC/MS in1,3,5 day age.Results show that the bees in the body can be detected JH3 in every age,and the bees along with the age growth,the juvenile hormone content in the body.更多还原
