不同授粉方式对火龙果果实品质和营养的影响

【摘要】 以红皮红肉火龙果为材料,设置不同授粉处理对单果重、果实横纵径、种子数、水分、糖度、可溶性固形物、酸度及花青素的影响进行对比。结果表明:蜜蜂授粉与人工授粉单果重及种子数差异不显著(P>0.05),与自花授粉、不授粉差异显著(P<0.05);人工授粉单果重与自花授粉、不授粉差异极显著(P<0.01),与自花授粉种子数差异不显著(P=0.054);自花授粉与不授粉单果重和种子数呈极显著差异(P<0.01)。对单果重与种子数进行回归分析,回归方程为:Y=213.715+0.369X,R2=0.972。蜜蜂授粉、人工授粉的横纵径比对照组分别高出27%和18%、17%和14%。同一果实不同部位糖度差异不显著(P>0.05),不同果实的糖度蜜蜂授粉与自花授粉之间差异不显著(P>0.05);水分、可溶性固形物差异极显著(P<0.01),花青素、总酸差异显著(P<0.05)。

【Abstract】 Taking the red pitaya as material,set different pollination treatment to compared the influence of the fruit weight,transverse and longitudinal diameter,number of seeds,and the content of water,sugar,soluble solids,acidity and anthocyanin.The results show that bee pollination,the fruit weight and number of seeds had no differences between bee pollination and artificial pollination(P>0.05),it with self-pollination,no pollination had significant difference(P<0.05);there was significant difference in fruit weight between artificial pollination and self-pollination,no pollination(P<0.01),but the differences were not significant with selfpollinated seeds(P=0.054);self-pollination and no pollination,fruit weight and seed number show extremely significant difference(P<0.01).The fruit weight and seed number on regression analysis,the regression equation is:Y=213.715+0.369 X,R2=0.972.the vertical and horizontal diameter of Bee pollination and artificial pollination is higher 27% and 18%,17% and 14%,respectively,than control group.The different position of the sugar content was not remarkable difference in the same fruit(P>0.05),but the sugar of different fruit that bee pollination and self pollination are not remarkable difference(P>0.05);there was very significant difference in water and soluble solid matter(P<0.01);anthocyanin and total acid are significantly different(P<0.05).
