自动化专业卓越工程师培养实践训练中MPS的应用

【摘要】 在教育部正式启动的"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的背景下,针对自动化专业卓越工程师培养实践教学环节中存在的诸多弊端,以及缺乏大型集成系统实践环境等情况,采用MPS作为训练平台,结合自动化专业卓越工程师培养目标的要求和MPS可柔性组合、二次开发的特点,以开放式教学管理模式,安排自动化专业高年级本科生和卓越工程师班在MPS上尝试性地进行了自动化监控系统设计、企业信息化基础设计等实践性训练,不仅使学生对PLC、传感器、现场总线、网络通信、MES、ERP等工业现场主流产品和技术有了较全面的了解和应用,同时对自动化专业高年级本科生和卓越工程师班学生工程实践和创新能力的提高也起到了突出作用。

【Abstract】 Under the background of the "excellent engineer education and training program" launched officially by the Ministry of Education,in regard to the many drawbacks about practice training of excellence engineers of automation specialty,and the lack of large-scale integrated systems practice environment,We arrange senior undergraduate and students of excellence engineer class in MPS to attempt to carry out a design of control and monitor system,an basal design about enterprise information as open management model,using MPS as a training platform,combining education goals of Automation Specialty excellence engineer and characteristics of MPS that is flexible combination and secondary development. It is not only make students have a more comprehensive understanding and application about PLC,sensors,field bus,network communications,MES,ERP and other industrial mainstream technologies,but also plays a prominent role in improving the engineering practice and invocative ability of senior undergraduate and students of excellence engineer class.
