立式轴流泵装置压力脉动的空间特性

【摘要】 以肘形流道进水、虹吸流道出水的典型立式轴流泵装置为研究对象,为了研究泵装置内不同位置的压力脉动特性及其沿流向的发展规律,在对泵装置进行模型试验的同时,基于结构化网格、RANS方程和SST k-ω湍流模型,利用CFX对泵装置内流场进行了三维数值模拟,并利用快速傅里叶变换对压力脉动进行了频谱分析。结果分析表明:与模型试验结果吻合的能量特性和压力脉动频域特性证明了数值模拟的有效性;设计流量下,进水流道进口处和肘部压力脉动的频域特性一致(主频为低频信号),叶轮进口处靠近轮毂位置的脉动幅值最大(主频为叶轮通过频率),叶轮出口处内部的脉动幅值最大(主频为导叶通过频率),导叶出口处内部的脉动幅值最大(主频为轴频),出水流道弯管处、驼峰处和出口的压力脉动频率都以低频信号为主;进水流道内压力脉动已经受到叶轮的影响,脉动幅值在叶轮进口处最大,通过叶轮后脉动幅值逐渐减小。该研究可以为采用相似装置型式泵站的设计、建设和运行提供参考。

【Abstract】 The typical vertical axial-flow pump with elbow inlet and siphon outlet was taken as the research object.In order to research the pressure pulsation characteristics at different positions in the pump and its development law along the flow direction,the three-dimensional numerical simulation of the flow field in the pump was carried out by using CFX based on structured grid,RANS equation and SST k-ω turbulence model.Then,the frequent domain characteristic of pressure pulsation was analyzed by fast Fourier transform.The results show that the energy characteristics and the frequency domain characteristics of pressure pulsation which are consistent with the model test results prove the effectiveness of the numerical simulation;Under the design flow rate,the frequency domain characteristics of the pressure pulsation at the inlet and elbow of the inlet passage are consistent(the main frequency is low frequency signal);the pulsation amplitude near the hub of the impeller inlet is the largest(the main frequency is the passing frequency of the impeller);the pulsation amplitude in the middle of impeller outlet is the largest(the main frequency is the passing frequency of the guide vane),and the pulsation amplitude in the middle of guide vane outlet is the largest(the main frequency is the axial frequency),The results show that the frequency of pressure pulsation at elbow,hump and outlet of outlet passage is mainly low frequency signal;The pressure pulsation in the inlet passage has been affected by the impeller,and the pulsation amplitude is the largest at the inlet of the impeller.After passing through the impeller,the pulsation amplitude gradually decreases.This research can provide reference for the design,construction and operation of similar pumping stations.
