混合室几何形状对蒸汽喷射器性能影响的数值模拟

【摘要】 对蒸汽喷射器采用不同的混合室几何形状进行数值模拟,分析和讨论了在给定的操作参数下,混合室渐缩段长度和渐缩角度对蒸汽喷射器性能影响。引射系数随着混合室长度和渐缩角度的增大变化趋势相似,都是先增大后减小。结果表明,蒸汽喷射器存在最佳混合室长度和渐缩角度使引射系数最大。
【Abstract】 The numerical simulation of different mixing chamber geometries for the steam ejector was carried out.The influence of the length and angle of the tapered section of the mixing chamber on the performance of the steam ejector was analyzed and discussed under the given operating parameters.The entrainmentratio changes similarly as the length of the mixing chamber and the angle of taper increase,both increasing first and then decreasing.The results show that the steam ejector has the best mixing chamber length and tapering angle to maximize the ejection coefficient.
