密肋网格防屈曲钢板剪力墙理论及非线性有限元研究

【摘要】 基于板的基本稳定理论,推导了密肋网格防屈曲钢板剪力墙的肋板约束刚度限值、肋板间距公式。通过对密肋墙板微元的受力分析,提出了螺栓间距限值公式,给出了密肋钢板剪力墙螺栓间距设计公式。同时采用ANSYS有限元软件,对其肋板与钢板连接方式、肋板间距以及螺栓间距进行参数分析。研究表明:在一定程度内,连接方式、肋板排布、螺栓排布对钢板剪力墙承载力影响不大。约束件应力以及墙板变形随着肋板以及螺栓间距的减小而增大。在肋板较少以及螺栓间距较小时,推荐采用无粘结固定型,在肋板刚度约束足够时,推荐采用无粘结滑动型。
【Abstract】 Based on the basic theory of plate, the mechanical behavior of ribbed grid buckling-restrained steel plate shear wall is analyzed and deduced the stiffness limit and spacing formula of ribbed plate of steel plate shear wall. Through analysis of the Mechanics model of wallboard buckling, the limit of bolt spacing is put forward. The effects such as the rib and the steel plate connection, rib spacing and bolt spacing to the struture capacity and deformation is investigated using ANSYS finite element software. The results shows : that in a certain extent, the arrangement of rib and bolt have little effect on the bearing capacity of steel plate wall.Restraint stress and the wall deformation increases with the decrease of rib and bolt spacing. when the rib is less and the bolt spacing is small, the use of unbonded fixed type is recommended.
