FSAE赛车侧纵倾解耦悬架仿真
Simulation of Roll and Heave Decoupled Suspension of FSAE Racing Car

【摘要】 悬架系统是FSAE赛车的重要组成部分,影响整车的操纵稳定性和平顺性。近几年,部分FSAE赛车搭载了侧纵倾解耦悬架。本文以目前FSAE赛车上使用的侧纵倾解耦悬架,三弹簧悬架和普通双横臂独立悬架为研究对象,运用Adams和Simulink进行仿真,首先对比三种悬架系统中悬架线刚度和悬架侧倾角刚度的耦合特性,然后对比三种悬架系统在相同的悬架线刚度和悬架侧倾角刚度下的轮胎动载荷参数。仿真结果表明侧纵倾解耦悬架系统更适合应用在FSAE赛车上。
【Abstract】 Suspension system is an important part of FSAE racing car,affecting the ride comfort and handling stability.In recent years,a few FSAE racing cars equipped the roll and heave decoupled suspension.This study focuses on three types of suspension used in FSAE racing cars:roll and heave decoupled suspension,three springs suspension and nor--mal double wishbone suspension.The simulations are made viaAdams and simulink.Thefirst simulation compares the coupling characteristics of suspension roll stiffness and ride rate.The second simulation compares the r.m.s.value of Dynamic Tyre Load under the same suspension roll stiffness and ride rate.The simulation results show that the roll and heave decoupled suspension is more suitable for FSAE racing car.
