基于等效力学模型的橡胶隔振器高频本构模型研究

【摘要】 针对橡胶隔振器高频激励下动刚度较难准确估计的问题,本文对某款隔振器的准静态特性及高频激励下的动态特性进行了测试,提出了一种包含等效质量的橡胶隔振器等效力学模型,并与Maxwell模型、分数导数模型及分数导数Maxwell模型等传统橡胶本构模型相叠加得到了三种改进型橡胶本构模型。对三种改进型本构模型进行仿真分析,并与实测动刚度进行对比分析。结果表明,所提出的三种改进型本构模型均能够准确地反映高频激励下橡胶隔振器动刚度的变化趋势,且相对误差较小。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to accurately estimate the dynamic stiffness of rubber isolator under highfrequency excitation.The quasi-static characteristics and dynamic characteristics of a rubber isolator under high-frequency excitation are tested,and an equivalent mechanical model of rubber isolator with equivalent mass is proposed.This model is combined with traditional rubber constitutive models(such as Maxwell model,fractional derivative model,and fractional derivative Maxwell model) to obtain three improved rubber constitutive models.The three improved rubber constitutive models are used for simulated and analyzed,and the simulation results are compared with the measured dynamic stiffness.The results show that the three improved rubber constitutive models can accurately reflect the dynamic stiffness of the rubber isolator under high-frequency excitation,and the relative errors are small.
