高压共轨系统喷油量不均匀性修正控制

【摘要】 为了改善发动机各缸工作的不均匀性,提高整机性能,本文以使用过一段时间的4个高压共轨喷油器为研究对象,建立高压共轨喷射系统试验台,对各喷油器在不同轨压下喷油量随脉宽的变化特性进行了测量,以此为基础分析了各喷油器在不同工况下的不一致性。在此基础上,提出各喷油器独立修正的控制方案,并制取各缸喷油器的修正MAP,对各喷油器喷油量的不均匀性进行了修正。结果表明,实施修正控制后喷油器最大偏差率在40MPa轨压时由修正前的20%减小到3.8%,80MPa轨压时由修正前的10.5%减小到4.2%,各缸喷油量的不一致性改善效果明显。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the nonuniform of each cylinder of the engine and improve the performance of the whole machine.This paper takes four high-pressure common rail injectors that have been used for a period of time as the research object,and establishes a test bed for the high-pressure common rail injection system.The variation characteristics of the injection volume of each injector with the pulse width under different rail pressure are measured,and the inconsistency of each injector under different working conditions is analyzed On this basis,a control scheme for the independent correction of each injector is proposed,and the correction MAP of each cylinder’s injector is prepared,so as to effectively correct the unevenness of each injector’s fuel injection.The results show that the maximum deviation rate of the injectors after the correction control is reduced from 20% before correction to 3.8% at 40 MPa rail pressure,and from 10.5% before correction to 4.2% at 80 MPa rail pressure,which is effectively improved the inconsistency of the injection volume of each cylinder.
