浸没式一体化超滤膜设备在供水中的应用

【摘要】 郑州锦源环境技术有限公司和黄河水资源保护科学研究院联合研发的浸没式超滤膜设备,将管路、阀门、自控集成于集装箱内,只需通过与外围管路、设备简单对接,即可完成通水,实现膜系统的自动产水、反洗等动作的切换。在确保净水处理效果的前提下,最大限度的实现节能降耗,降低运行成本,强化系统信息管理,提高了供水的安全可靠性和自动化程度,实现了设备先进性、合理性、可靠性的有机统一。
【Abstract】 The submerged ultrafiltration membrane equipment, which is jointly developed by Zhengzhou Jinyuan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. and Yellow River Water Resources Protection Science Research Institute, integrates pipelines, valves and automatic control into a container and simply connects with the peripheral pipelines and equipment,can complete the water, membrane system to achieve automatic water production, backwash and other actions of the switch. Under the premise of ensuring the effect of water treatment, the maximum energy saving and consumption reduction are realized, the operation cost is reduced, the information management of the system is strengthened, and the safety, reliability and automation degree of water supply are improved, it realizes the organic unification of the advancement, rationality and reliability.
