基于气候和人口变化的建筑能耗模拟预测
Simulation and Prediction of Building Energy Consumption Based on Climate and Population Change

【摘要】 为分析未来新城镇建筑能耗的用能特性,该文考虑了气候和人口变化,对各类功能建筑的能耗进行了计算和分析,提出用单位面积人均能耗的评价方法。根据建筑功能的不同,将建筑分为住宅、办公、商场、学校、医院、酒店6类。基于天津地区的气候条件,模拟计算了未来30年各类建筑的供冷和供热能耗,结果表明,随着气候变暖,各类建筑的供冷能耗增加,但供热能耗降低;酒店、商场、办公楼单位面积的建筑能耗(供冷和供热之和)出现不同程度的增长;而住宅、学校和医院的单位面积建筑能耗(供冷和供热之和)出现小幅度下降。进一步结合人口的变化,得到了单位面积人均能耗(包括供冷和供热),为未来天津地区新城镇的建筑供冷和供热的能源规划和能源政策制定提供了依据。
【Abstract】 In order to analyze the building energy consumption characteristics of future towns,energy consumption of different types of buildingis calculated when climate change and population changeare considered, energy consumption per unit area per person isobtained, and it is used to evaluatethe building energy consumption in this paper.According to the function of buildings, theyare divided into 6 categories, residential building, office building, shopping mall, school, hospital, and hotel. Based on the climatic change in Tianjin, the cooling and heating energy consumption of various type of buildings in the next 30 years is simulated. Results indicate that cooling energy consumption increases with the climate warming, andheating energy consumption reducesfor all buildings. While for the total building energy consumption of heating and cooling per unit area, itincreases in hotel, shopping mall, and office building, and it decreases slightly in residential building, school and hospital. Based on the building energy consumption considering climate change, when population change isalso considered, the energy consumption per unit area per person for building cooling and heating was obtained.Itcould be used to make plan of energy supplying and energy policyforthefuture towns of Tianjin.
