单U型地埋管换热器三维瞬态热阻-热容网络模型的优化研究

【摘要】 在单U型地埋管换热器三维CFD模型基础上,对比研究了基于钻孔内三热阻、四热阻传热过程的单U型地埋管换热器热阻-热容网络模型。针对地埋管换热器热阻-热容网络模型与三维CFD模型间的差异,对钻孔内四热阻传热过程进行了改进与优化,获得了优化后的地埋管换热器四热阻传热模型,并将该模型瞬态传热计算结果与三维CFD模型进行了详细对比分析。结果表明:在相同条件下,优化后的地埋管换热器四热阻瞬态传热模型具有与三维CDF模型相当的计算精度,但是其计算求解时间得到显著降低。
【Abstract】 Based on the 3 D CFD finite volume model of single U-tube ground heat exchanger, the comparisons between 3 D transient thermal-resistance-capacitance network models and 3 D CFD model have been conducted. The difference of numerical results between these models has been comprehensively analyzed and the optimized thermal-resistance-capacitance network model has been proposed based on the heat transfer of four-thermal-resistance within borehole. The numerical results shown that the proposed optimized thermal-resistance-capacitance network model has almost the same numerical precision with that of 3 D CFD model and the consumed calculation time has been obviously decreased as compared to that of the 3 D CFD model under the same conditions.
