高强钢管超高强混凝土短柱偏压性能试验研究

【摘要】 以含钢率和偏心率为参数,进行了16根高强钢管超高强混凝土(C_uFS_hT)短柱的受压试验,了解了各短柱的破坏模式、荷载-挠度曲线和柱中钢管应变。试验结果表明,C_uFS_hT短柱的组合截面满足平截面假定,套箍作用主要发生于受压区。含钢率和偏心率对C_uFS_hT短柱偏压性能的影响规律与以往的CFST类似,含钢率越大或偏心率越小,短柱的偏压承载力越高,延性改善更明显。对比试验结果与中国规范GB50936-2014的预测值发现,现有规范的偏心率折减系数忽略了截面参数的影响,导致承载力计算方法并不适用C_uFS_hT。基于此,兼顾含钢率对偏心率折减系数的影响,提出了C_uFS_hT短柱的小偏压承载力修正计算方法。

【Abstract】 Taking steel ratio and eccentricity as test parameters, the compression tests of 16 ultra-high-strength concrete filled high strength steel tube(C_uFS_hT) short columns were conducted. The failure modes, load-deflection curves, and steel strain of C_uFS_hT short columns were investigated. The test results show that the composite section of the C_uFS_hT column satisfies the flat section assumption, and the hoop action mainly occurs in the compression area. The influence of steel ratio and eccentricity on the eccentric compression performance of C_uFS_hT short column is similar to the previous concrete-filled steel tube(CFST), the greater steel ratio or the smaller eccentricity, resulting in the higher the bearing capacity and the greater ductility. Comparing the test results with the predicted value of Chinese specification GB50936-2014 found that the bearing capacity calculation method without considering the influence of section parameters on the eccentricity reduction coefficient does not apply to C_uFS_hT. Hence, the influence of steel ratio on the eccentricity reduction coefficient was taken into account of the calculation method, the correction calculation method of the C_uFS_hT column is proposed.
