航天器活动载荷残余力矩测量标定技术研究

【摘要】 针对航天器上活动载荷产生残余力矩残余角动量的问题,提出了一种基于三轴气浮台的在地面对航天器残余力矩残余角动量进行测量标定的方法,给出了系统组成、工作原理和台上台下综合控制系统的设计方案,分析了气浮平台转动惯量辨识方法,论证了残余力矩残余角动量的测量算法,给出了测试步骤。最后通过数学仿真验证了本文方法的有效性,结果表明残余力矩辨识精度优于5%。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of residual torque and residual angular momentum generated by active loads on a spacecraft, a method for measuring and calibrating the residual torque and residual angular momentum of a spacecraft on the ground based on a three-axis air float table is presented, and the system composition and work are given. The principle and the design scheme of the integrated control system above and below the stage, analyze the identification method of the rotary inertia of the air floating platform, demonstrate the measurement algorithm of the residual moment and residual angular momentum, and give the test steps. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by mathematical simulation. The results show that the residual moment identification accuracy is better than 5%.
