面向医疗应急新基建的BIM与装配式建筑一体化模式及比较研究

【摘要】 建筑信息化与模块化结合在应对2020年突发公共卫生事件中起到有目共睹的作用,快速城市化诱发城市病再度引起人们对健康人居环境的关注。疫情防控中,武汉火神山与雷神山医院高效快速建设模式的应用暗示着未来医疗应急新基建的方向,意味着具有信息化、模块化、精细化、部品化等特点的"BIM+装配式"新型医疗应用模式可作为一种公共基础设施来支持未来健康城市发展,因此本文结合新型远大可建的应急隔离病房模式,分析比较新兴医疗应急基建数字化结合的几种可能模式,探讨未来健康城市发展的适宜性路径。
【Abstract】 The combination of building informatization and modularity has played a visible role in responding to public health emergencies in 2020,Rapid urbanization-induced urban diseases have once again drawn people’s atte-ntion to healthy living environments.In the epidemic prevention and control,the application of the efficient and rapid construction model of Wuhan Vulcan Mountain and Raytheon Mountain hospitals implies the direction of the new medical emergency infrastructure in the future,which means the "BIM+assembly type" with the characteristics of informatization,modularization,refinement,and componentization The practical model can be used as a public infrastructure to support the development of healthy cities in the future.Therefore,combined with the new model of large and emergency emergency isolation wards,this paper analyzes and compares the possible models of digital integration of emerging medical emergency infrastructure,and discusses the key path of sustainable urban development in the future.
