湿热地区办公建筑缓冲空间的参数化优化设计

【摘要】 缓冲空间是建筑适应气候的重要元素,兼有较高的空间舒适性和有效改善建筑整体环境与节能的特点。本研究以提高缓冲空间设计效率和决策精度、加强复合性能权衡能力、提升空间设计品质为目的,基于Rhinoceros&Grasshopper平台,综合敏感性分析、遗传优化法等数字化技术,以湿热地区代表性城市广州为例,针对中小型办公建筑的缓冲空间,围绕空间舒适度、建筑能耗、空间交往、视线范围4个性能目标,对缓冲空间开口率、朝向、位置和长宽比等设计参量展开优化设计研究。结果表明,缓冲空间长宽比对建筑能耗的影响较大,敏感度为5.56。通过设计参量的优化调整,建筑节能率最高达9.4%,空间舒适时间比最大提升25.8%,视线范围最大提升21.5倍。参数化优化工具还提供多样化性能提升的优选方案集,单方案优化耗时在90s以内。本研究为湿热地区建筑缓冲空间的设计优化提供了有效思路和工具。

【Abstract】 Buffer space is an important element for the building to adapt to the climate,and it has the character-istics of higher space comfort and effectively improving the overall environment and energy saving of the building.The purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency and decision-making accuracy of buffer space design,strengthen the ability to weigh composite performance,and improve the quality of space design.Based on the Rhinoceros & Grasshopper platform,comprehensive sensitivity analysis, genetic optimization,and other digital tech-nologies.The buffer space of small and medium-sized office buildings from Guangzhou,which is a representative city in hot and humid region,was taken as an example.To carry out the optimization design research on the design parameters such as the buffer space opening ratio,orientation,position and aspect ratio by focusing on the four performance goals including space comfort,building energy consumption,space interaction and line of sight The results show that the aspect ratio of the buffer space has a greater impact on building energy consumption,with a sensitivity of 5.56.Through optimization and adjustment of design parameters,the building energy saving rate is up to 9.4%,the space comfort time is increased by25.8%,and the sight range is increased by 21.5 times.The parameterized optimization tool also provides a variety of optimal solution sets for performance improveme-nt. The optimization of a single solution takes less than 90 s.This study provides effective ideas and tools for the design optimization of building buffer spaces in hot and humid areas.
