【摘要】 高校科技创新在国家、区域创新系统和经济发展中的独特地位和作用,使得从区域视角来考察高校系统的科技创新能力成为一个很重要的论题。本论文应用2000～2006年《高等学校科技统计资料汇编》和《中国教育统计年鉴》提供的全国各省区高校(除西藏自治区、青海省、宁夏回族自治区外)科技活动相关数据,应用扩展的知识生产函数法探讨了影响各省区高校整体科技创新能力的决定要素;同时,利用多元线性回归方法计算了各省区高校知识创新能力、技术创新能力各项分指数和综合指数,比较了各省区高校的科技创新能力及其发展趋势,并在此基础上提出了优化高校科技资源配置,提高高校科技创新能力的对策建议。?更多还原

【Abstract】 Science and technology innovation of high education institute has its particular status and function in the national and regional innovation systems.So it is a very important thesis to review the science and technology innovation ability of high education institute from the district angle.Based on research literatures in china and abroad,firstly this paper employed the method of extended knowledge production function to explore the crucial influencing factors of science and technology innovation ability of provincial high education institute by using the data of science and technology statistical data collection of high education institute of china from 2000 to 2006 and the data of Chinese education statistic annual from 2000 to 2006;Secondly,this paper employed the methods of multi linear regression to figure out the science and technology innovation ability index of high education institute of each province in china.Thirdly,according to the index,this paper made the inter-provincial comparison of the development trend of science and technology innovation ability of the high education institute.And it provided a substantial evidence of basis to help the science and technology management sections draw up the correlative science and technology policy and optimize the resource collocation.更多还原
