碳捕集技术在钢铁行业应用的展望

【摘要】 本文对近年来CO2捕集技术在钢铁行业中的应用及其未来发展进行了综述。简述了全球钢铁工业产量和碳排放现状,介绍了几类典型CO2捕集工艺,指出了碳捕集与利用(CCU)技术可为钢铁行业提供一条极具前景的CO2减排路径。分析了典型CO2捕集工艺的过程原理、发展前景、应用趋势。最后,结合烟气CO2燃烧后捕集、高炉炉顶煤气循环CO2捕集、碳捕集与生物能源负碳炼钢三种技术,展望了碳捕集技术在钢铁生产过程中的重要作用。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the application of CO2 capture technology in the steel industry and its future development were reviewed. The current status of global steel industry production and carbon emissions was briefly described, and several types of typical CO2 capture processes were introduced. It pointed out that carbon capture and utilization(CCU) technology can provide a promising path for reducing CO2 emissions in the steel industry. The process principle, development prospect, and application trend of typical CO2 capture technology were analyzed. Finally, combining the three technologies of flue gas CO2 capture after combustion, blast furnace top gas cycle CO2 capture, carbon capture, and bioenergy with carbon capture and storage(BECCS), the important role of carbon capture technology in the steel production process has prospected.
