高炉煤气精脱硫方法及工艺研究

【摘要】 高炉煤气作为钢铁企业高炉炼铁副产的低热值可燃气体,是钢铁行业主要的二次利用能源之一,为了达到新形势下钢铁行业超低排放要求,开展高炉煤气精脱硫势在必行。高炉煤气中硫化物包括以羰基硫为主的有机硫和以硫化氢为主的无机硫,本文根据高炉煤气的特点,介绍了高炉煤气中羰基硫和硫化氢的脱除技术,阐述了适用于高炉煤气精脱硫的工艺流程。

【Abstract】 Blast furnace gas, as a low calorific value combustible gas byproduct of blast furnace ironmaking in iron and steel enterprises, is one of the main secondary utilization energy sources in iron and steel industry. In order to achieve the ultra-low emission requirements of iron and steel industry under the new situation, it is imperative to carry out fine desulfurization of blast furnace gas.Sulfides in blast furnace gas include organic sulfur dominated by carbonyl sulfide and inorganic sulfide dominated by hydrogen sulfide. According to the characteristics of blast furnace gas, the removal technology of carbonyl sulfide and hydrogen sulfide in blast furnace gas is introduced, and the process flow suitable for fine desulfurization of blast furnace gas is described.
