【摘要】 2019年2月22日,中共中央政治局就完善金融服务、防范金融风险举行了第十三次集体学习。习近平总书记指出,深化金融供给侧结构性改革必须贯彻落实新发展理念,强化金融服务功能,找准金融服务重点,以服务实体经济、服务人民生活为本。由此可以看出,重视金融服务意义重大。吉林省处于东北振兴和深入实施创新驱动发展战略的关键时期,加快科技创新的步伐至关重要,如何将金融服务有效用于缓解科技创新发展过程中的资金紧张以更好地促进科技产出,是亟需解决的问题。本文从研究吉林省科技金融的现状和存在的问题出发,为提升吉林省科技金融创新水平提供相关对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 On February 22, 2019, Political Bureau of CPC Central Committee held the thirteenth collective study about improving financial services and preventing financial risks. General secretary Jinping Xi pointed out that in order to deepen the structural reform of the financial supply side, we must implement the new development concept, strengthen the function of financial services, identify the focus of financial services, and focus on serving the real economy and serving the people’s lives. From this we can see that it is of great significance to attach importance to financial services. In the critical period of boosting the revitalization of Northeast China and implementing innovation-driven development strategies in Jilin Province,it is crucial to accelerate the pace of technological innovation. It is an urgent problem to be solved,how to use financial services to solve the funding shortage in the process of technological innovation development to better promote scientific and technological output effectively. This article will start from studying the current situation and existing problems of science and technology finance in Jilin Province, and provide relevant countermeasures and suggestions for improving the level of science and technology finance.更多还原
