一种快速鲁棒的即插即用相位恢复算法
Fast and Robust Plug-and-Play Phase Retrieval Algorithm

【摘要】 相位恢复旨在从目标复变换(例如傅里叶变换)的幅值恢复原信号,主要存在于光学成像等领域。在实际应用中,相位恢复算法的速度和鲁棒性十分重要,分别决定着成像系统的操作实时性和重构质量,但是目前相位恢复算法受限于速度和鲁棒性的折中。提出一种创新的即插即用相位恢复算法,它采用了半二次方分裂框架将先进的去噪器插入到一个有效的迭代算法中。迭代算法的低计算复杂度和先进去噪器的强大表征能力使得所提方法可以克服目前的困境。编码衍射观测的仿真和相干逆散射成像的真实数据的实验结果表明,所提方法具有出色的重构能力、极快的运行速度和较高的对噪声鲁棒性。
【Abstract】 Phase Retrieval(PR) is concerned with the recovery of a signal from the magnitude of its complex transform(e.g.,Fourier transform),which is frequently encountered in optical imaging.The speed and robustness of the PR algorithm are important in practical applications,which determine the real-time operation and reconstructing quality of system imaging respectively,but the existing PR algorithms struggle in trade-offs of the speed and robustness.This paper proposes a novel plug-and-play PR algorithm,which adopts the half-quadratic splitting framework to incorporate advanced denoiser within an effective iterative algorithm.The low computational complexity of the iterative algorithm and the powerful representation ability of advanced denoiser enable the proposed method to overcome the dilemma.The experimental results on simulated coded diffraction measurements and real data in coherent inverse scattering show that proposed method offers excellent reconstructing ability,extremely fast run time and improved robustness to noise.
