基于PLC的MATLAB仿真控制平台

【摘要】 MATLAB已被广泛应用于数学建模、科学计算等,为科学研究以及工业仿真提供了强有力的帮助,但是很少直接应用于工业实际控制。而PLC作为常用工业现场控制系统,因为编程语言功能不足,很难独立完成先进控制算法。为实现PLC与MATLAB之间的模拟量和数字量通讯,搭建PLC与MATLAB的先进算法仿真控制平台。将MATLAB与PLC联合起来,通讯技术采用OPC和MODBUS,实现两者的数据通信,而且数据通讯模块具有可视化、操作简便的特点。两者优势互补,为先进控制算法在PLC中实现提供有效解决方案。
【Abstract】 MATLAB has been widely used in mathematical modeling,scientific computing,etc.,and has provided powerful help for scientific research and industrial simulation,but it is rarely applied directly to industrial actual control.PLC is a common industrial field control system.Because of the lack of programming language function,it is difficult to complete advanced control algorithms independently.In order to realize the analog quantity and digital communication between PLC and MATLAB,the advanced algorithm simulation control platform of PLC and MATLAB is built.This paper combines MATLAB and PLC.The communication technology adopts OPC and MODBUS to realize the data communication between the two,and the data communication module has the characteristics of visualization and easy operation.The advantages of the two complement each other,providing an effective solution for the realization of advanced control algorithms in PLC.
