基于园林废弃物堆肥的腐殖质改善城市建设废土研究

【摘要】 在本研究中,3种畜禽粪便(猪粪、牛粪和鸡粪)分别以不同的起始碳氮比(C/N)与园林废弃物(枯枝落叶)混合进行堆肥发酵,通过对堆肥过程中的参数检测对其是否腐熟进行判断。结果表明,初始碳氮比为25:1的猪粪与园林废弃物混合堆肥,最终达到了腐熟标准。在此过程中,成功分离、纯化和鉴定了6种影响堆肥过程的微生物,其中的3种微生物在堆肥过程的高温期接种到堆肥体系中,能够加速堆肥,使整个堆肥腐熟过程缩短7天。本研究报道了使用腐殖质用于改善城市建设废土,使总氮、有效磷和速效钾的含量分别提高了302.6%、320.2%和530.6%。利用堆肥形成的腐殖质对城市建设废土进行了改良,使其更适宜于园林植物桂花(Osmamthus fragrans)和山茶(Common Camellia)的生长。

【Abstract】 In this study,three composting materials(pig manure,cow dung,and chicken manure) were mixed respectively with garden waste at different initial carbon/nitrogen ratios for detecting maturity indexes to judge whether it was rotten or not.Results indicated that only one reactor formed by mixture of pig manure and garden waste at the initial carbon/nitrogen ratio of 25:1 reached the maturity criteria.During the reacting process,six microorganisms affecting the composting process were isolated,purified and identified,three of which were inoculated in the reactor during the thermophilic phase to accelerate maturity with a 7-day’s contraction.This was used to improve the content of total nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium contained in waste soil by 302.6 %,320.2 %,and 530.6 %,respectively in urban construction.This modified soil by means of humus formed by composting can be conducive to make it more suitable for the growth of Osmamthus fragrans and Common Camellia.
