电气石在厌氧氨氧化工艺中的研究进展

【摘要】 厌氧氨氧化工艺具有节省曝气、无须外加有机碳源以及剩余污泥产量少等优点,是极具发展前景的新型生物脱氮工艺。然而,厌氧氨氧化菌生长缓慢,其絮体形式容易从反应器中流失。填料的加入可以有效地提高厌氧氨氧化菌的截留率。本文介绍了一种新兴的应用于厌氧氨氧化脱氮工艺的投加填料-电气石,其具有调节水溶液pH、提高脱氢酶活性、提高厌氧氨氧化菌活性和稳定性等作用,在厌氧氨氧化脱氮过程中发挥着重要作用。本文从电气石对厌氧氨氧化菌代谢作用的影响、在不同类型反应器系统的应用及其自身的性能优化3方面进行论述。通过对电气石在厌氧氨氧化工艺中应用的国内外研究进行综述,以期为厌氧氨氧化工艺的发展提供新思路。
【Abstract】 Anaerobic ammonium oxidation (anammox) is a new biological nitrogen removal process with great potential in future, which has the advantages of aeration saving, no need of carbon source addition and little excess sludge.However,anammox bacteria grows slowly and its flocculent form is easy to escape from reactors.As an alternative method, the addition of carriers can effectively improve the retention of anammox bacteria.Tourmaline is an emerging carrier that is applied in anammox process, which is reported to be able to adjust the pH of aqueous solution, increase the activity of dehydrogenase,improve the activity and stability of anammox bacteria.Tourmaline plays an important role in the anammox process.In this paper, the effect of tourmaline on the metabolism of anammox bacteria, its application in different types of reactor systems and its own performance optimization are discussed.The application of tourmaline in the anammox process at home and abroad is reviewed, which is expected to provide new insights for the development of the anammox process.
