海南东寨港红树林沉积物微塑料的测定及组成分分析

【摘要】 红树林是全世界热带和亚热带地区独特而重要的沿海湿地类型生态系统。然而,红树林沉积物中微塑料的丰度和空间分布仍然知之甚少,本研究对海南东寨港红树林沉积物微塑料进行提取,对微塑料的特征、丰度及分布进行测定及分析。结果显示:微塑料质量浓度为1.39~13.65 mg/kg,数量丰度为30.71~839.51±1238.83 n/kg。依质地和形态显微观察,微塑料为弹性纤维类、软质薄膜类、发泡类及碎片类4种类型,其中,弹性纤维类(EF)在研究区域均有较高检出,占57.02%,其次是薄膜类占21.11%。红外光谱法对提取的微塑料进行化学成分分析,结果表明,海南东寨港红树林沉积物微塑料主要成分为聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚酰胺类,可为进一步了解我国红树林生境微塑料污染现状及防治对策提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 Mangroves are a unique and important type of coastal wetlands in the tropical and subtropical zones worldwide. The abundance and spatial distribution of microplastics in the mangrove sediments however are still poorly understood. In this study,the microplastics of mangrove sediments in Dongzhai Port,Hainan,were extracted to measured and analyzed the characteristics,abundance and distribution of microplastics. The results showed that the mass concentration of microplastics ranged in 1. 39 ~ 13. 65 mg/kg,and the quantitative abundance range was 30. 71 n/kg to 839. 51±1238. 83 n/kg. According to the microscopic observation of texture and morphology,microplastics are classified into four types: elastic fiber,soft film,foam type microplastics,and fragment microplastics,from which,elastic fiber is highly detected in the study area,accounting for 57. 02%,followed by soft film,accounting for 21. 11%. The chemical composition of the extracted microplasticswere analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the main components of the microplastics in the mangrove sediments of Dongzhai Port in Hainan were polypropylene,polyvinyl chloride,polyethylene,and polyamiderespectively. Altogether,our study provides a better understanding of microplastic pollution status and prevention policy-making of mangrove habitats in China.
