【摘要】 工程性研究一般承担着工程建设任务,具有明确的需求导向。其规模较大且结构复杂,具有极高的研制风险。如何进行项目组织管理,进而能使项目能够高效、稳步地运行发展,成了当下工程性研究项目管理的关键。通过对美国F-35联合攻击战斗机项目和中国北斗二号卫星工程的项目从不同角度进行案例分析,分别提炼出中美两国对于重大科技工程项目的组织管理模式特点,将两国大型工程性研究项目进行比较,进而得出工程性研究项目组织管理模式的启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Engineering research generally assumes the task of engineering construction and has clear demand orientation.It has a large scale and complex structure,and has a very high development risk.How to organize and manage the project so as to make the project run and develop efficiently and steadily has become the key to project management in engineering research.By an American F-35 beidou ii joint strike fighter program and China satellite engineering project case analysis from different angles,respectively extracted for major science and technology in China and the United States the organization management mode of the project characteristics,we compare physical research projects between the two countries,and thus it is concluded that physical research project organization and management mode.更多还原
