危化品仓储安全状态监测与预警系统

【摘要】 针对危险化学品仓库主要采用常规参数检测和报警,而没有安全状态监测及预警系统的问题,设计了一种危化品仓储安全状态监测和预警系统。系统实时采集仓库温度、湿度、含氧浓度、危化品堆垛安全距离、红外温度等参数,利用环境温度、堆垛红外温度、垛距等参数引发的危险性概率,以及通过AHP法得到主要监测参数所占权重,构建了危化品仓储堆垛安全状态预警模型,并提出了预警评判标准。仿真实验表明,系统实时显示监测参数,还原了仓储的贮存情况,实现了危化品仓储安全状态的监测;通过预警模型得到安全状态风险等级,实现安全状态预警。

【Abstract】 Faced with problem that most of the dangerous chemical warehouse has the regular system for parameter detection and alarm, but lacks of a system for monitoring the safety state and early warning, the utility model relates to safety state monitoring and early warning system for storage of hazardous chemicals is de-veloped. The system collects factor data in real time, such as temperature, humidity, oxygen concentration, stacking safety distance, infrared temperature, and takes advantage of the risk of these factors and the effect weight of each factor, which is calculated by Analytic Hierarchy Process, to establish a model for safety state monitoring and early warning for storage of hazardous chemicals. Moreover, the evaluation criteria is presented. Simulation experiments show that the system displays all parameters of monitoring in real time, restores the storage condition and realizes the monitoring of the storage state of hazardous chemicals; obtains the risk level of safety status through the warning model to realize the storage state warning.
