绕丝棒束组件内热电偶测点对组件水力特性的影响

【摘要】 本文采用CFD软件STAR-CCM+对一个普通37棒燃料组件和一个加装有热电偶测点的37棒燃料组件进行了数值模拟,研究了热电偶对组件内钠流流场的影响。研究结果表明,绕丝棒束组件加装热电偶后组件的摩擦阻力压降增大,且增加值随着组件内流体流速的增加而增加。热电偶在低Re时引起的组件摩擦阻力压降增加不超过1.5%,对组件内流场的影响很小。研究结果还表明,随着热电偶数量的增加,加装一根热电偶引起的摩擦阻力压降较热电偶数量较少时引起的摩擦阻力压降值更大。

【Abstract】 The flows in 37-rod fuel assembly with or without equipped thermocouples were simulated by CFD software STAR-CCM+ in this paper.The influence of thermocouple on the sodium flow field in the assembly was studied.The results show that the frictional resistance pressure drop is increased by the thermocouples and the difference between with or without the thermocouples is enlarged with increasing fluid flow rate.The increase of the frictional resistance pressure drop caused by the thermocouple is smaller than 1.5% under low Reynold number conditions,which demonstrates that the thermocouple has little effects on the flow in the assembly.The results also show that the more thermocouples,the larger is the friction resistance pressure drop caused by an additional thermocouple in comparison with the case of fewer thermocouples.
