液化气灶具熄火噪声的实验和模拟研究
Experimental and Numerical Research of Flameout Noise in Liquefied Gas Cooker with Thin-walled Stainless Steel Burner

【摘要】 本文主要采用实验和模拟的方法,对配置薄壁不锈钢燃烧器的灶具中大火转小火时火焰爆鸣产生的熄火噪声进行分析。实验发现,在该款灶具中,大火转小火时,残余燃气在火盖上的某处再次被点燃,然后引燃整个外环火孔,从而发生爆燃并释放噪声。随后的模拟结果复现了外环关闭后火焰重新被点燃并传播的现象,并对实验猜想进行了验证。仿真结果表明,燃气灶发生回火的主要原因是离分气盘进气口较远端的火孔壁面温度太高,点燃了残余气体。最后,基于实验和仿真结果,本研究提出了相应的改善策略。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the flameout noise when turning off the outer ring of the thin-walled stainless steel cooker was analyzed by means of experiment and simulation. Experimental results showed that when the fire of the outer ring is turned off,the residual gas will be reignited somewhere above the burner,and then quickly travel through the outer ring,thus deflagration and noise emission are observed. Subsequent simulation reproduced the phenomenon,which verified the experimental hypothesis. The simulation results showed that the main reason for the reignition is the high temperature of the outer wall of the burner at the far end of the gas inlet. Finally,based on the experimental and simulation results,the corresponding improvement strategies are proposed.
