城际列车车下变压器弹性吊挂刚度设计

【摘要】 对某城际列车车下变压器弹性吊挂的刚度(吊挂刚度)进行设计,在设计过程中,先根据隔振理论确定车下吊挂变压器系统的固有频率(吊挂频率)范围,再依据吊挂频率范围,确定吊挂刚度设计范围,将不同吊挂刚度依次建入模型,利用Altair OptiStruct进行频率响应求解,对比分析变压器激励下车体地板的频率响应特性及空气弹簧激励下车辆的运行舒适度,依据对比分析结果,确定吊挂系统的最优吊挂频率为5 Hz,采用该弹性吊挂的车辆与采用刚性吊挂方式的车辆相比,车体地板垂向振动加速度大幅衰减,并且车辆运行舒适度也明显提高,这表明所采用的设计方法正确。

【Abstract】 Design the stiffness of elastic suspension for the transformer under an intercity train, in the design process, first,determine the natural frequency range of the transformer system(suspension frequency) through the vibration isolation theory. Then, the design scope of suspension stiffness is determined according to the suspension frequency range, different suspension stiffness is built into the model, calculate the frequency response using Altair OptiStruct, analyse and compare the frequency response characteristics of bodywork floor under transformer excitation and the running comfort of the vehicle under air spring excitation, according to the results of comparative analysis, the optimal suspension frequency of system is 5 Hz, compared the vehicle using this elastic suspension with the vehicle using rigid suspension, the vertical vibration acceleration of the bodywork floor is greatly attenuated, and the running comfort of the vehicle is obviously improved, which indicates that the design method adopted is correct.
