【摘要】 目的:观察中医辩证内外合治糖尿病足的临床相关性研究。方法:将60例糖尿病足病人分成对照组和治疗组,对照组30例采用基础治疗,治疗组30例采用基础治疗+口服祝氏降糖活血方+放射状切口。观察治疗前后糖尿病足溃疡愈合的临床疗效、血液流变学、神经传导速度、踝肱比指数、创面面积、溃疡愈合时间的变化。结果:①治疗组总有效率达86.67%,对照组为46.67%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);②血液流变学各项指标有不同程度的降低;③治疗组神经传导速度较治疗前均有明显改善,与对照组比较(P<0.05);④治疗组ABI(踝肱比指数)明显优于对照组(P<0.01);⑤治疗后两组糖尿病足溃疡面积均较治疗前明显缩小(P<0.01),治疗组溃疡面积变化的差值与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);⑥治疗组愈合时间明显缩短,与对照组比较(P<0.05)。结论:中医辩证内外合治糖尿病足疗效显著,明显提高了溃疡治愈率,缩短治疗时间,疗效确切、可供推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relative clinical research of treating diabetic foot with TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine) both internally and externally.Method:60 cases of diabetic foot patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group,and 30 cases of the control group were treated with the foundation measure while 30 other cases of the treatment group were treated with the foundation measure+Zhu’s hypoglycemic Huoxue Recipe+radial incision.Observe the clinical effect on treating diabetic foot ulcer healing,blood rheology,nerve conduction velocity,ankle brachial index,skin wound area and the change of the ulcer healing time of the wound.Results:(1) The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was 46.67%,the comparative differences of the two groups were significant(P<0.01);(2) All the indexes of blood rheology lowered in various degrees;(3) The nerve conduction velocity of the treatment group obviously improved than that before the treatment,compared with the control group(P<0.05);(4) ABI(ankle brachial index) of the treatment group was obviously better than that of control group(P<0.01);(5) The diabetic foot ulcer area of the two groups after treatment was obviously narrowing(P<0.01),the change differences of ulcer area of the treatment group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01);(6).The treatment group significantly shorten the healing time,compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect on treating diabetic foot with traditional Chinese medicine both internally and externally is significant,obviously improves the cure rate,shortens the period of treatment and the curative effect is exact,therefore,it is worth clinical promotion.更多还原
