锁阳不同部位的傅里叶红外光谱研究

【摘要】 利用傅里叶红外光谱法(FTIR)及吸光度比法对同一产地锁阳的不同部位进行红外光谱特征峰和成分含量研究,结果表明:同一产地不同部位的锁阳FTIR图谱走势和主要吸收峰均基本一致,相似度达0.95以上,共指认出12组共有特征峰;二阶导数红外谱图中细分的特征峰显示锁阳富含多种羰基和蛋白成分,且成分含量在下部累积;花序部、中部和下部的吸光度比A2 925/A3 433和A1 051A3 433之间具有显著性差异,可快速区分锁阳肉质茎不同部位萜类和多糖含量的变化差异。FTIR法和吸光度比法可为根据用药目的合理选择入药部位以及合理制定药材标准提供依据。
【Abstract】 Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and absorbance ratio were used to study their characteristic peaks and component contents of different segments of Cynomorium songaricum from the same origin.The experimental results showed that the FTIR trend and main absorption peaks of different segments of C.songaricum were basically the same,and the similarity could reach more than 0.95.Twelve common characteristic absorption peaks were recognized.In SD-IR,the characteristic absorption peaks were subdivided.It showed that various carbonyl and protein components were gradually accumulated in the lower segment of C.songaricum.The absorbance ratio of inflorescence,middle stem and lower segment of C.songaricum fleshy stem had significant difference at A2 925/A3433and A1051/A3433,which could quickly distinguish the diversity of terpenes and polysaccharides content.The combination of FTIR and absorbance ratio method can provide basis for rational selection of drug parts and formulation of drug standards.
