金属增材制造的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation for Metal Additive Manufacturing Process

【摘要】 金属高性能增材制造技术解决了兼顾复杂形状和高性能金属构件快速制造的技术难题,在航空、航天、能源、动力等高技术领域具有重要的应用前景。该报告回顾了金属增材制造数值模拟的发展历史,对其研究现状和存在问题进行了评述,重点分析了金属增材制造过程中温度场分布和热应力变形的关系以及缺陷形成机理,对目前已经建立的熔池内凝固微观组织模拟的方法进行了总结,在此基础上对金属增材制造过程中的凝固组织数值模拟的前景及趋势进行了展望。
【Abstract】 Metal additive manufacturing technology can realize the high resolution rapid manufacturing of the high-performance metal components with complex shape,and has the important application prospects in high-tech fields such as aviation,aerospace,energy,and power.The report reviewed the development history of numerical simulation of metal additive manufacturing,introduced its research status and existing problems,and focused on analyzing the relationship between temperature field and thermal stress/deformation in the metal additive manufacturing process,as well as the mechanism of defect formation.The numerical simulation of microstructure evolution during additive manufacturing are also summarized.On this basis,the prospects and trends of the solidification numerical simulation in the metal additive manufacturing process are prospected.
