浅析钛合金真空自耗熔炼工艺的有限元仿真

【摘要】 本文首先建立了钛合金在真空自耗凝壳炉中熔铸过程物理模型,将钛合金熔铸过程中的机械运动及热传递过程分别进行理论分析,求解其相关的参量。其次通过典型案例将相关参量导入计算机仿真软件Procast,分析预测钛铸件的缺陷形态与凝固后的尺寸变化,并与实际生产的产品进行对比,验证了文中建立的模拟过程的可行性与正确性。
【Abstract】 First,the physical model of the process of casting in the vacuum consumable shell furnace is established.The mechanical movement and thermal transmission of melting and casting process are theoretically analyzed,and the relevant parameters are calculated based on theoretical analysis respectively.Secondly,after simulated by the high reliability computer software ProCast,the defect morphology and size change after solidification are predicted,which are consisted in actual product of titanium alloy.Therefore,the emulation process is feasible and accurate.
