GH3625合金高温掺合阀阀芯纯净化制备探究

【摘要】 利用真空感应重熔浇注成形的方法制备了GH3625合金高温掺合阀阀芯,研究真空感应重熔加钙精炼对掺合阀阀芯中杂质元素氧、氮、硫的去除作用。结果表明:高真空加0.5%钙作净化剂重熔所得阀芯中氧、氮、硫含量与电渣重熔的效果相当,分别降低至6×10-6、60×10-6、9×10-6;加钙精炼时Ca-O反应可实现深度脱氧,通过Ca-S反应使合金中硫含量显著降低,然而氮含量降低程度有限,其含量远高于氮在GH3625合金中的溶解度。经纯净化制备的GH3625合金阀芯交付某石化单位使用半年,运行稳定。

【Abstract】 The GH3625 alloy high-temperature mixture valve core was prepared by using vacuum induction remelting technology.The effect on removal of impurity elements oxygen,nitrogen and sulfur adding calcium refining was investigated.The results show that high vacuum induction remelting adding 0.5 percent Ca as scavenger match with the effect of electroslag remelting.Oxygen,nitrogen and sulfur contents are reduced to 6×10-6,60×10-6 and 9×10-6respectively.The Ca-O reaction is helpful to deep deoxidation,Ca-S reaction makes S content is greatly reduced,reducing nitrogen content is limited,and it is far higher than N solubility in GH3625 alloy.The purified alloy GH3625 valve core delivered a petrochemical plant has been stable operation for half a year.
