【摘要】 近年来,城市交通运行评价的发展方向由原来的只指针对道路拥堵进行评价,转变为更多关注绿色出行方式的运行情况,以及对城市全方式的出行效率进行评价。本文介绍了北京市建立城市交通综合出行评价指标体系的研究思路和方法,提出了以1个"综合出行时间指数"及5个分方式的特征指数构成的"交通综合出行指数体系"。紧密结合2019年北京市交通综合治理工作,运用海量交通运行数据对2019年北京市及主要行政区的交通运行状况进行定期评价和分析。该评价指标体系的建立和应用,有利于对全市各区进行交通体检,精准定位问题,促进各部门更加有针对性地推进交通综合治理工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the development direction of urban traffic operation evaluation has changed from evaluation of road congestion to the focus on the operation of green travel mode and the evaluation of urban full mode travel efficiency.This article introduces the research ideas and methods of establishing traffic comprehensive travel index evaluation system in Beijing and proposes a "traffic comprehensive travel index system" composed of a "traffic comprehensive basic unit travel time index" and five sub-patterns of feature indexes,which are closely integrated.Combined with the comprehensive traffic management work of Beijing in 2019,the mass traffic operation data will be used to regularly evaluate and analyze the traffic operation status of Beijing and major administrative regions in 2019.The establishment and application of the evaluation index system is conducive to carrying out traffic physical examinations in various districts,pinpointing problems accurately,and promoting various departments to comprehensively promote comprehensive traffic management.更多还原
