汽车分时租赁差异化定价方法研究

【摘要】 汽车分时租赁是一种新型的城市出行方式,对于提升城市机动性、改善城市交通、便捷城市出行具有重要的意义。然而,汽车分时租赁网络中车辆的自由流动导致了系统供给和需求分布的不匹配,影响了系统整体效率。通过差异化定价方法能够控制系统需求特征,从而改善供需匹配。本文提出了能够刻画弹性需求和转移需求两种特性的价格-需求模型,以系统收益最大化为目标,给出了求解不同站点的提价或降价幅度的算法,并展示了该方法在App上的实现。本文还给出了模型参数的标定和参考建议,能够为汽车分时租赁企业实施差异化定价提供依据。
【Abstract】 Carsharing is an innovative urban transportation mode,which is promising for improving urban mobility,relieving the urban traffic condition,and increasing the convenience of urban transportation.However,the unbalance happens between the distribution of vehicle supply and user demand due to the free floating of vehicle in the carsharing networks,which can impact the efficiency of operation.By variable pricing strategy the demand pattern of the system can be controlled in order to improve the balance between supply and demand.The paper proposes a price-demand model which considers both the elastic and shifting characteristics of demands influenced by differentiated prices among stations.The objective is to maximize the overall income of the system and the algorithm can output the combination of the price increments or decrements at each stations.The paper also introduces the implementation of the method on mobile App.The paper also suggests the value of the parameters in the model,which helps the carsharing operators to realize the variable pricing strategy.
