【摘要】 普秃属于斑秃的严重类型,为皮肤科难治病,目前主要治疗手段的效果一般。笔者跟师岭南针法名匠林国华教授,发现小剂量利多卡因皮内注射配合飞扬穴穴位注射治疗普秃疗效显著,可改善血液微循环,促进毛发皮肤和毛乳头的血液供应,缓解脱发程度,增加发量。飞扬穴交通足少阴肾经,有滋补肾气的作用。通过局部注射有滋养作用的胎盘多肽注射液,以加强飞扬穴吸热上行的作用,促肾气上行滋养足太阳膀胱经循行部位。将局部治疗与整体治疗结合,标本同治,从而达到较好的普秃治疗效果。更多还原
