【摘要】 目的:系统评价穴位埋植方法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索CNKI、维普、万方、Medline、EMbase、The Cochrane Library数据库,获得穴位埋植治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的随机对照试验(RCT)相关文献,提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险,采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入13个RCT(919例患者),其中12个试验(859例患者)均在治疗后随访进行了有效率的评价,与对照组相比,穴位埋植对带状疱疹后遗神经痛的综合疗效更优(RD=3.36,95%CI(2.24,5.05),P=0.04)。4个试验(303例患者)对治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)差值进行了统计,发现穴位埋植可以更好的降低VAS评分(WMD=-0.39,95%CI(-0.69,-0.09),P<0.000001)。2个试验(183例患者)对治疗后神经痛改善时间进行了评价,发现埋植可以更快缩短后遗神经痛持续时间(OR=-3.00,95%CI(-4.09,-1.90),P=0.04)。结论:现有的临床研究证据显示,与对照组比较,穴位埋植可有效缓解带状疱疹后遗神经痛,值得临床推荐。但因研究质量及研究样本的局限性,尚需进行高质量、大样本的随机对照试验予以进一步证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of Acupoint embedding on postherpetic neuralgia. Methods Domestic and overseas databases of CNKI, VIP, Wanfang Data, Medline, Cochrane Library and Embase were retrieved by computers in order to obtain the randomized controlled trails on acupoint embedding for postherpetic neuralgia. The data was extracted, the risk of bias was analyzed and Meta-analysis was carried out using Review Manager 5.3. Results A total of 13 randomized controlled trials(RCT) and 919 patients were enrolled in. The total effective rate of 12 studies(involving 859 patients) showed that acupoint embedding group was higher(RD=3.36, 95%CI(2.24, 5.05), P=0.04). In 4 studies(303 patients enrolled), visual analogue scoring was obviously lower in the Acupoint embedding group compared with control group(WMD=-0.39, 95%CI(-0.69,-0.09), P<0.000001). And the time of postherpetic neuralgia could be shorten by performing Acupoint embedding in 2 studies(including 183 patients)(OR=-3.00, 95%CI(-4.09,-1.90), P=0.04). Conclusion Evidence from clinical trials suggests that, compared to the control group, acupoint embedding can effectively relieve the pain, and is an efficacious treatment that should be considered. Due to the limitation of the quantity and quality of the included studies, the above conclusions need to be verified by more high-quality and large sample clinical randomized controlled trials.更多还原
