【摘要】 目的:评价不同针灸疗法对比针刺治疗带状疱疹随机对照试验的报告质量,以提供建议,促进该领域针灸随机对照试验报告质量的提升。方法:系统检索(建刊至2018-10-02)MEDLINE、Embase、Cochrane Library、CNKI、万方、维普共6个数据库,文种限制为中文和英文。两位研究人员采用国际公认的CONSORT声明和STRICTA进行报告质量评价,相应条目如有报告则评为1分,无则评为0分,对其进行描述性统计评价,并计算其Kappa值以评估两位研究者的一致性。结果:共纳入60篇文献。基于CONSORT标准下,其对科学背景和原理解释、参加者、干预措施等条目的报道较为完整,在文题、随机方法、盲法、主要及次要指标及额外分析等条目存在较大缺陷。基于STRICTA标准,其对针刺治疗的合理性等条目做出了详细的报道,在具体的针刺细节、治疗师的背景、对针刺组施加的其他干预措施的细节、选择对照的合理性等条目上仍有不足。结论:目前针灸治疗带状疱疹的临床研究报告质量普遍较低,一方面来自于临床研究者对临床试验方法学掌握不够,另一方面来自于针灸的临床研究难度较高,在盲法的实施上存在一些瓶颈。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the quality of different acupuncture treatments compared with acupuncture for randomized controlled trials of herpes zoster in order to provide recommendations for promoting the quality of randomized controlled trials of acupuncture in this field.Methods Systematically search 6 databases(established to 2018-10-02): MEDLINE,Embase, Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wanfang and Weipu. The language was limited to Chinese and English. Two researchers used the internationally recognized CONSORT statement and STRICTA for quality evaluation of the report. The corresponding items were rated as 1 point if reported, and 0 points if not. Descriptive statistical evaluation was performed and Kappa values were calculated to evaluate the consistency of the two researchers.Results: A total of 60 articles were included. Based on the CONSORT standard, its reports on "scientific background and principle interpretation", "participants", "interventions", etc. are relatively complete, and there are major defects in the topics such as "text", "random methods", "blind methods", "major and mino223 r indicators", and "additional analysis". Based on the STRICTA standard, it provides detailed reports on "rationality of acupuncture treatment". There are still insufficient entries in topics such as "details of acupuncture", "background of the therapist", "details of other interventions applied to the acupuncture group", "rationality of the selection control", etc.Conclusions At present, the quality of clinical research reports on acupuncture therapy for herpes zoster is generally low. On the one hand, it comes from clinical researchers’ insufficient grasp of clinical trial methodology; on the other hand, it comes from the high difficulty of clinical research on acupuncture and moxibustion.
